QlikView show then message "out of memory" when I want to select a excel file.

What will you suggest me to do to fix this error.

Ram : 2 G
QlikView Version : 7469 SR4

(2)Excel file : TranscationDetails.xls
The Excel file include 5 sheets and size is 135,042 KB

(3) When I select a TranscationDetails.xls file, the message shows "Out of virtual and/or logical memory, allocating 256 MB"

(4) When I saw the loadding of my computer task manager seems OK.
