When does Qlikview close a SQL or other database connection?

Does anyone know at what point QlikView closes a database connection?

For instance, if a conenction is made, data is loaded from that database & then a new connection to a different database is made, at what point will the first (and subsequent) database be closed?

The CONNECT statement closes the preceding connection.
