When I am trying to export an image of my data model, some tables are shown repetitively.

What may be the reason for this?

Indeed, I've experienced the same issue.

I think you might have not given the names of all of your tables ,  say if you have given first table the name A and not defined for rest of the tables then it will take the same name(A) for the next loading tables also. Check this
