Where can I find salesforce.com connector?

Hi!

Just playing around with qlikview and trying to connect it to salesforce.com but cannot find any downloadable file.

As I found here : http://www.slideshare.net/QlikView_UK/qlikview-salesforce

There should an option to choose the file I'd like to download. But there is nothing but QlikView 11 installation file. Neither could find it through search.

Is this limited only to commercial edition?
