APIguide.qvw was no longer included in version11 but it is submitted as bug 44186. In ver11 SR2, it has been corrected.

Documentation - Online help in Edit Module states API Guide is part of the Desktop
installation, but it is no longer included in version 11
You can now view the APIguide after installing DesktopDocumentation(QlikViewDesktop_DocumentationAndTutorial_XXX_Setup.exe) in the following path (Win 7 32bit).
C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikView Documentation\Automation\APIguide.qvw
From QV ver11 SR2, documentation files location is moved to C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikTech\QlikView Documentation. You can find all of the documentation file gathering in there.
