Where to find documentation for QlikView AccessPoint screen elements?

Hi experts,screen elementsIn QlikView AccessPoint, there are a few default screen elements such as "Category" etc. 

I have a requirement to document these somewhere, so just asking if there are any documentation to describe these screen elements in Qlik's website somewhere?

For the access point elements I  am not sure of any documents , I think you  could refer to  server manual
