Why does it say the field is not found when it is obviously there and concatenation is correct?

I am trying to insert a dataset with the same column names and pulling from the same server from SQL but I keep on getting this error message that the field is not found even if it's there. I attached the screenshot. When I try to comment it out, the next column will give the same error. Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks!

Try running the SQL statement without the preceding LOAD and see what column names are returned.

Your SQL

StartDatekey  = ....

does not look like valid SQL to me.
