Why is there no simple way to download the reference manual?

So I'm trying to look for the reference manual and am behind a corporate firewall.  Can't download the .exe and extract myself.  The manaul doesn't seem to have been installed locally either.

Why isn't there just a link to download the manual anywhere?

The manual will exist wherever you install the client desktop or server. Just note the folder is hidden

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikView Documentation\Reference Manual

D:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikView Server Documentation

Other important thing to mention is that if you download an updated version/release the manual will be replaced accordingly.
