Why is there no vbscript debugger?

I understand that in the release of QV10 they dropped the vbscript debugger, but I can not understand what advantage this provides.

Could anyone at Qliktech provide more information?

Even using the step or animate function does not work. I would think this would be easy to build into the program.

Is this something that might be added in the future?
