Why the dots are at the wrong location ? (map, latitude, longitude)

See the screenshot below, all of my dots are at the wrong place, however I'm pretty sure about the coord I gave them in my excel document. If anyone could help me on this...

No, the map size isn't the origine of the problem. I tried to follow the instruction in the document but I think it is out of date, cause it didn't work.
I really don't know what could be false...

See if the "Plot Are Only" is unchecked (Colors tab)

In fact, something was wrong with the formula of the longitude/latitude.

I also suspect my data having the wrong decimal separator.
