Why when i limit dimession by less values don't work?

I have a pie chart limited by major values and it shows major values, but when i limit by less values the chart does not show any values, a part i have an order by expression.

If I order by less values the chart show less values only if i have no dimension limits.

Are your smallest values zeros? You can confirm by making this a straight table and unchecking "suppress zero values" on the Presentation tab.
