Working with Containers- Selecting Container instead of Object

I'm having trouble working with my containers, and it seems like there must be an easier solution than what I am doing.

Along the left side of my application tab, I have a set of field selectors grouped together in a container for the end-user. I don't want the caption bar on the container because the field selectors have all of the data I need. However, if I don't "Show Caption", then I don't have a way to select the container itself to modify or design it. Anywhere I right-click tends to be on one of the contained objects itself.

Is there a menu I can pull up to show available containers, where I can select one to open the Properties menu?

If it helps, my layout is as follows:

Container is in Grid form, with one column and five rows.

Rows 1,2, 3 and 5 are just field selection objects

Row 4 is another container, with two columns and one row. This houses two more field selection objects. This container doesn't have a caption bar either, but I have better luck selecting that container if I point to the intersection between row 3, 4a, and 4b.

Fantastic. I knew it must be somewhere. I appreciate it.

If I am using a container inside another container, Then the sheet properties will only show the outermost container.

Is there a way we can get the list of all the inner containers and change their property. Because it is so annoying and time consuming to right click at a particular spot on the report to get the container properties if there are multiple nested containers.

Thanks,
