Hi Team,
I have two data sets - Bad Feedback list and Bad Feedback tracker.
From daily badfeedback list, i extract Hub wise feedbacks, send to respective hubs to take action over them and then append those into Trakcer datewise so that follow up can be taken on them. On the basis of follow up with hubs, i need to update the corrosponding feedback in trakcer and sent the mail to customer daily.
I want to automate this process thru QV 8.50
The above is one part of the whole automation. I want this also to be done thru qv. Atleast, I want feedbacks to get appended into tracker xl sheet - like first load the data from Bad Feedback list, append feedbacks in trakcer, then load tracker sheet.
Similarly, I am getting Pending Call Sheet on daily basis. What i want is to store summary of Pending Call Sheet on Daily basis in some other xl sheet as soon as data get load from Pending Call Sheet so that i could be able to show the daily trend from summary xl sheet.
How these things are possible with QV.
