YTD field showing last month with value greater than 0

Hi

I have had help with this but have another query.

My chart on the attached is showing data that comes in every three months. Mar, jun, sep, dec.  Other months will be loaded but will have 0 or no values.  I want my YTD to show the last quarters figure.  when I use max month it will bring up 0 as the max  month loaded is at the moment aug whose value is 0.

I want it to show the June figure until the sept figure is loaded and then show this etc.

Hi Rhona, when you selecting the referedMM filter only those with [Acquired Infection]=4
