Year On Year And % Change

I'm tyring to implement YOY (Year On Year) change and %Change for specific number of years in a pivot chart.

Attached Excel is the sample I'm trying to follow, I'm able to build rest of the report except YOY and % Chnage both highlighted in Red.

Also, attached is the qvw.

Would appreciate any feedback.
