Years of Service date expression

I have the start date of a person (in date format from an Excel load), now i would like to calculate (with an expression) their years of service with an end date of today?

Age(Now(2), [start date from excel])

Now parameter

0 Time at previously finished reload (not currently ongoing reload)

1 Time at function call

2 Time when the document was opened
