Hi, i have this problem with a user, when it try to acces to a document, this message is coming front.

Which could be the problem?

the acces is by web and the problem is only for this document with this user.

Yes, the user have a CAL assigned, the user is in the section acces script and the user is part of the domain...

Is some extrain becouse all users can acces without problems, the problem is only with this user...

have you tried reloading the document ?

how is the security managed ? thru Publisher or Server access ?
