add new filed during load

Hi  guys i need help

i have a excel file with 2 columns

name and qty  ,

i want to add a field  name Total

that will add the qty of prev row  to Total

every time the name changed we start Total = qty  for the first line of that name

enclosed is  the excel file , with 2 rows of data  , and one row of output expected
