bar chart not loading on ajax (11.0 SR2)

Hello,


We have one user that is having problem with one of the dashboards. Those are bar charts that have enable scrolling if values exceed 10 items. Total number of items is 100+. This user has the same laptop as other users and the issue occurs in both chrome and IE. This is what he sees:

This is stuck and the whole dashboard becomes unresponsive. Any ideas?
