binary load table join with resident load

I have loaded some tables with binary load. Mainly tableA and tableB from the binary load. I would like 'columnA' and 'columnB' to be loaded from tableA and tableB respectively.

I want to output this tableA and tableB and a Resident loaded tableC to a QVD. How can I do this? I have written a pseudocode below for my desired operation. thanks

tableC:
LOAD *,
IF(SubStringCount([Line Description], '.') >= 1, SubField([Line Description],'.', 1), SubField([Line Description], ' ', 1)) as LEVEL1,
IF(SubStringCount([Line Description], '.') = 1, SubField([Line Description],' ', 1), IF(SubStringCount([Line Description], '.') >= 2, SubField([Line Description],'.',1)&'.'&SubField([Line Description],'.',2))) as LEVEL2,
IF(SubStringCount([Line Description], '.') = 2, SubField([Line Description],' ', 1), IF(SubStringCount([Line Description], '.') >= 3, SubField([Line Description],'.',1)&'.'&SubField([Line Description],'.',2)&'.'&SubField([Line Description],'.',3))) as LEVEL3,
IF(SubStringCount([Line Description], '.') = 3, SubField([Line Description],' ', 1)) AS LEVEL4 Resident [GBS Mapping];

join

tableB with column B loaded,

join

tableA with column A loaded;

then STORE all the 3 tables as a QVD.
