I have setup a demo warehouse with two fact tables: SALES and BONUS. BONUS is linked through a link table to the dimensions YEAR and EMPLOYEE. SALES is also linked to YEAR and EMPLOYEE through the same link table, but also has non confomed dimensions such as PRODUCT and CUSTOMER. When I request the BONUS amount per CUSTOMER I get rubbish of course, because CUSTOMER isn't directly connected to BONUS.
Is it possible to exclude the selection of invalid dimensions somehow in QV?
