calculate max date

Hi Experts,

I have 3 date columns date1,date2,date3 .. each one having some dates

From all the 3 fields i want  to calculate the max date? how?

May be like:

=Date(RangeMax( Max(Date1), Max(Date2), Max(Date3)))

Adding one more point - Should be adjust related date formats

Is this rowwise max date between the three dates? then it might just be this

RangeMax(Date1, Date2, Date3)
