Their are number of ways to deploy your app to server .
1.If you have direct server access you could simply copy paste your app in the server configured folder
2.WorkBench Tool : its a deployment/administrative tool provided by Qlik to move your apps from Dev to QA and To Prod which will capture the details for turnover etc
3.You can deploy the apps using third part tools also
