can't see some apps in Access point any more

Hi,

we suddenlly can't see some Apps in our access point. We didn't change any permissions for them but they don't appear. Can you please tell me what could happen on the server to cause that problem,

Hi,

Make sure you separate user documents and source documents in case you use publisher.

Check if those apps are section access restricted .

Maybe the folder was renamed. Check in QMC > System > Folders > compare the indicated folder path with your actual folder path and adjust if necessary. It also needs to be checked as 'Browsable'

we have checked the server and there were some updates there which we reverted. It all fine now,
