change path for automatic reload

Hi,

I have changed the path of all the qvw models,

I have changed it too in the server manager console label "Qlikview Server Setting" sublabel "Folders" .

The accesspoint works properly using the new path but the automatic reloads try to get the model from the old one...

Any idea??

Hello David,

The procedure should be first create the new folder structure in the server, then disable all reload tasks or set them to Reload "None" (so they will disappear from the "Tasks" window in the Console) and stop services. Then move the documents to the new folder, start services, change the root and mounted folders to the new ones.

Finally, reconfigure the reload tasks. That should work now.

Are u having any batch file for this reload.

Perhaps u have given that "Path" for file(QVD&QVW) there.
