chart dimension

Dear qlikview community,

I'm made a chart depicting the number of sales made shown against the dimension time. But I've run into a little problem.

When I use year as a dimension he shows the chart very high level. And when I use month he displays far too many labels.

Is there a way to use month as my actual dimension but to use years as my base labels. Or a way to get the chart to show the details of month while showing the labels for year as dimension?

Kind regards,

Allard Swart

Hi Allard,

Maybe disabling "Stagger Labels" on Chart Properties => Axes => Dimension Axes would work for you?

That actually works fairly well.

Thanks, think I can work with this.
