chart layout options not working

Hi All,

I am trying to freeze the layout of a graph and have disabled "Allow/Move Size" option. Inspite of doing that I am able to stretch the graph. Please let us know if this is a bug.

The same application which was sent to client previous month had no issues..

Dear Raghav,

Even I faced the same issue with my client. Over there we were using 8.5 version and after repeated testing came to a conclusion that it's a bug!
