color in label of pivot table

Hi.

I have a pivot table, and have set a background color calculation for the 1st expression. The expression's label gets the color of the first cell. I cannot use visual cues as I need more than 3 ranges. Any ideas?

Thank you.

Thank you but it does not help.

I know how to set a background color, I do not want it to affect the expression label.

Hi

Try custom formatting the label (I am not sure that this will override the colour incorrectly set). On the View menu, enable Design Grid. Then right click on the problem cell.

Hope that helps

Hi,

Can't reproduce the effect. What is your expression for background color ?

Hi

I am including a sample. Note that it only happens if expressions are bellow each other. See attached.

This issue with expressions aligned vertically exists for a few versions.

Don't know the solution.

Very annoying. QlikView can be terrible in simple things...
