combining 3 different excel sheets

I have three different sheets:

What I want is to create a view. if I create a Listbox with Customername and choose Johnny Fish Market. It should give me out in a diagram:

I know that I have to configure the script and read sth about the Mapping function. I am a beginner andI dont really know how to do it. Could anyone help me here?

All you have to do is load the data, create a table box with the fields you want to see and select Johny Fish Market. See attached qvw.

yeah i figured out, i thought i had to do sth like INNERJOIN like in Access. But could you explain me what the mapping function is. Maybe with an example.
