comparison between hours

i have followin dates

start_date                                     due_date                         completed date

18-09-2020 09:00 AM

14-10-2020 06:00 PM

16-10-2020 08:48 AM

I want to calculate hours first between start_Date and completed_date and start_date and due_Date

that is 

completed_hours     due_hours

671                                   400  (these are rough figures)

how I calculate ?
