compatibility issue

hi all,

i have one issue

i.e

If erp IP is set to compatibility view on users machine it displays blank menu and if compatibility view is removed that it displays complete dashboard, but main  application does not work. Attached is the screenshot for refrence

where i want to change  am using qv11 sr2 and server also using qemc latest version

IE11 is only supported by QlikView Server from release 11.20SR5 onwards. 11SR2 is too old and the AJAX client of pre-11.20SR5 is known to cause serious problems in IE11.
