copy image clipboard not working

Hell all,

I'm using qlikview and direct from the program I'm copying the chart from the button "copy image to clipboard" but when I paste it in excel it's not showing the chart, it pastes a strange image from the caption, anyone knows what it is?

It was working before normally.

Instead of copy image

copy object and paste it will work

for me its working may be issue in excel i think.

test in your teammate or your personal lapy  by that you can get to know what s the issue

also tested pasting in mspaint, msword, but happens the same. I think is something in my computer.
