Check your SR Version and also check it in Ajax view once.

works for me. you have rounded corners enabled and they show both in normal and web view

For table box also, internal borders are not showing in web view.

there are no bottom borders, but others are there. I don't think there is a way around it unless you want to put a line object on top...

you could of course size it to data so that the text object borders add like the cell borders...
