create a simple application on Qlikview

Hello everybody im very new on here so i hope you can help me, and of cource i will help back as much as i can.

I need to create a very simple app, i have all data in a Excel file and instruction how to do things, but im a very beginner it is not to much i can understand on it someone who is eager to help?  very thankful for answers.
