create a theme for the entire sheet

Hi,

I am trying to create a theme  for the entire sheet

on the sheet it has current selections,background color,some look and feel..

so when i am creating a new sheet  and i want to apply this theme .

i have many dashboards which uses the same theme..

weel i tried from theme maker  making sheet for theme but its not working

can someone help me in this
