create button and capturing history

1) i want to create clear button in the sheet how will i do this?

2) suppose i clicked on x then y then z i want to show in the box like x->y-z . is it possible in click view(capturing history)?

1. You can create a button and then attach an Action calling Selection -> Clean All

2. Not sure if Current Selection fulfills your requirement on this. Or you mean history of all you did in the document?
