creating patterned combo charts

Hi! I am looking for some input on how to do this, if it is even possible.

I have a combo chart, with bar graphs and lines, that I need to print in black and white. Specifically, not gray-scale. I know there is an option in the Colours tab to print graphs with patterns instead of colours, however, this option is grayed out on combo charts.

Any ideas on how to get around this?
