You can directly write the query in script editor.

Are you getting any error?

Try this once

SQL SELECT COUNTRY, CITY_NAME, REGION

FROM Countries a,Cities b

where

a.countries(+) = b.cities

You are missing alias in your SQL

SQL SELECT CITIES.COUNTRY, CITIES.CITY_NAME, REGION

FROM COUNTRIES COUNTRIES

LEFT OUTER JOIN CITIES CITES

ON CITIES.COUNTRY_ISO_CODE = COUNTRIES.COUNTRY_ISO_CODE
