date selections issue..

Hi All,

In my input file i have 3 fields Start_Date, End_Date and Tickets.

if i select Start_Date it shows no of tickets opened on that day and End_Date shows Tickets closed on that day.

i.e. if i select start date 11/01/2012 the count of tickets will be 44 and if  end date 11/01/2012 - ticket 1076.

now my requirement is if i select single date it should show opened tickets and closed tickets on that day in 2 different text files.

Not sure how the count of 11/01/2012 will return those results but check attachment to see how to filter both textboxes with one date.
