difference in view available in Ajax and webview in Qv10

Hi All, 

I have a straight table chart with header with wrap header text to 2 lines.  It is appearing clearly when I trun on web view in qv version 10.  But when I save the file in server and view the file through Access point... the second line is not appearing and the first line is appearing with few dots at the end.  Has anybody encountered similar problem, please let me know is there any settings to be changed.

Did you find any solution on this?

One of our customers is now having a similar error. They also have header text over 2 lines.

But in this case it looks ok when open through access point, but when they try to print (or preview) a pdf-report with the same charts they have only one line.

The customer is running version version 10, sr 3.

Could it be that the webview of QlikView is based on the IEPlugin kind of view?

If not ... then it's even stranger that the Accespoint shows a difference between ajax webview and accesspoint webview.

This is very strange..

I have tested this again..

With QV desktop:

The chart looks fine in the model (multilined header on chart). But if I try to print the report with the same chart then the header is reduced to 1 line. That goes for both the print preview and print (on paper). The same situation occurs both with and without the WebView active.

With ajax client:

Same behaviour, the chart looks fine in the model, but not when it's printed.

With IE plugin:

Again the same behaviour, the chart looks fine in the model, but not when it's printed.
