different number of document thumbnails each time i open browser access point

Hi:

I have a named cal in qlikview 10 enterprise edition.

All of my document thumbnails are appear in the browser access point almost two years ago.

Now a days, each time I open my access point browser, I can see deferent number of document thumbnails. Sometimes I can see only two documents, other time I can see four documents , while the real total number of documents are seven.

Is it possible that someone is doing changes on the QMC? Like for instance changing the folders and document authorization settings?

All I remember is sometimes I need to trigger reload data from database manually ,

And sometimes change some authorization for users. And nothing else.
