disable auto refresh

hi,

is there a way to disable auto refresh, when you click between the tabs each time it auto refreshes all the tables in the sheet.

it makes me crazy!!! slows the machine.

No, not really. Charts are calculated when they become visible. So when you change tabs the charts on the new tab are calculated and shown.
