I had a requirement like, if month is Jan 2014 means x-axis should display text as previous year(all months) average(2013 Monthly Average) and Count of current month(Jan 2014) in Bar chart. If month is Feb means then x-axis should display current Year average(Jan+Feb) (2014 Monthly Average) and current month count(Feb 2014) (but not previous years average) and if its March means current year average(Jan+Feb+Mar) and current month count (Mar 2014)and so on.
