document loading failed

I can not open a document, could you help me to solve the problem,

1) Do you have license

2) Who created this application

3) Are you opening this first time?

I believe file corrupted. Can you open the backup file if Backup is available..

Sometimes, If file size is huge and taking time to open that mean file got corrupted. Try same file to access in server of Access point purpose and then see..
