document tasks

is there a way to find all the dependent tasks

For ex: Task 1 ... dependent on Task 4

Task 4 dependent on task 3

task 3 dependent on task 7

is their way to see this other than going through individual tasks and linking

Task Means -- Reload schedule

If so, If you have Publisher then QP has that control for dependency on one file to Another File.
