edit script button is inactive

I currently face an abnormal problem.

when i open my own projects or create a new project, the edit script button is inactive

I have licenced qv, v11.20

Hi,

Please check in the below path.

Path :-  Settings > document Properties > Security > Edit Script (Check Box)

Is it a qvw that has been published by the QV Publisher ? 

As that process removes the load script and disables the edit script button.
