ok the intension of scroll bar is to see complete string in the list box , by recreating scroll bar appears when I squeeze the list box really small but when I move the scroll bar the string does not completely appears .. which defeats the purpose of using scroll bar ..
please find the attached app where I created new list box ...
Even though you do that you cannot see the complete text when the scroll bar is moved towards right .. the only way I can get to see complete value is by Hovering top of the cell value
