HI Narasimha,

It will be best if you create a ticket with the Qlik Support team. The exceptions are generic in nature and seems the distribution is running into trouble.

You can try restating the services but i wonder if that will help.

Thanks.

Hi Narasimha,

Are you using a qlikview service account with full control to the folder which contains the qvw?

The account which is running the QlikView services has the control to access the folder?

The issue seems like access issue. Please check the QV services

Are you using your own user list in a distribution where permissions are managed by NTFS?

hi peter,

am imported users from odbc connection, so it is importing db table users using directory service connectors

Restarting the service will not solve the issue.

  • Check the login details of the services.
  • Check the username which is running the service has access to all the  folders where qvw place.

Thanks,

Varun

I read that. But that's not what I asked. What is the QlikView server security set at? NTFS or DMS?

Did you define a single DSC (Configurable ODBC) or are there others?
