exclude selections

i want to exclude the one field selection in DImension only how to do.

i have stright table  , and  one line chart.  

dimension :

Quarter

i need  Quarter selection to be applied in stright table .   but not in line chart 

any help?

In your Set analysis, use a formula as follows...

Sum({$<Quarter= >}Amount)

that will honor all of your selections, except Quarter.  If that doesn't meet your needs, let us know.

i have to do this in caluclted dimension ..   measure i have 15+ variable and i dnt want to change in that .
