extend duration help text pop up appears on Access Point

I've noticed that on Access Point the help text pop ups disappear after 5 seconds of hovering over the text object. I have included more text in some pop ups than others, and would like the pop ups to remain for a longer period of time when the mouse is hovered over the object. Is there any way to change a setting to allow this to happen?

I have experienced that the timing of the pop-up is browser dependent.

In IE the pop-up disappear after 5 seconds

In Chrome the pop-up stays forever. The pop-up is however in a different format (more rectangular)
